According to financial daily Børsen, Nielsen’s business, the Kasi Group, holds 49 percent of Pandora’s shares, which are currently worth 820 million kroner. But Nielsen told Børsen the figure his company receives could be ‘considerably more’ than that when the final sale is made.
To raise the necessary funding for the IPO and Kasi Group buyout, Pandora will reportedly sell 600 million kroner’s worth of new company shares.
