If you look below the city surface you’ll find lots of interesting, mind blowing happenings on the urban cultural stage. Young people dancing in the streets at one of the biggest underground electronic festivals in Europe, Denmark’s best graffiti artists competing openly in the urban space and cool skaters in a large urban skate arena – these are some of the things you can experience on this site.
NEW PLAYGROUND FOR PARKOUR
Parkour is a sport, where you use your surroundings and create new ways of moving through the city. Everything from buildings, benches and stairs are used. The Danish Parkour team, Team JiYo, has designed a new area in Copenhagen, where you can practice.

Copenhagen Moves is about crazy sports, crazy outfits and happy people. You haven't seen ladies' soccer like this before!
OUT OF THE SHADOWS
For the first time a legal graffiti competition was held in the urban space of Copenhagen in Sydhavnen. Ten of the best graffiti artists showed off their skills while passers by watched how they worked.

Each year Roskilde Festival attracts a massive audience from all over Europe, and today it is one of the biggest culture and music festivals in Europe.
DISTORTION
Old-Europe's craziest annual party cavalcade, orchestrating 80+ parties in a week, is the most complicated-yet-deadly-simple festival on earth: the Distortion Block Parties take place for free in the streets while the sun sets - and the Distortion Club Clash programme takes place late at night in spectacular Copenhagen locations, with overwhelming line-ups.
COPENHAGEN STREETSTYLE
Is a blog that documents the style of young Copenhageners: from the casual vintage-clad hipsters of Nørrebro to the high-end fashionistas of Østerbro.
BICHI ATTACK! - TOBIAS WILNER
Tobi Wilner is skateboarder, artist and daddy. He is based in Copenhagen. You may know him from his bands Blue Foundation, Bichi and Ghost Society .
PRO SKATE
Once again the best skateboarders from around the world converged in Copenhagen, Denmark for a weekend of heated competition on an a brand new course.
The CPH Pro 2009 took place at the Copenhagen skate park in Copenhagen from June 26-28.
AN ADVENT CALENDAR IN THE STREETS
This December you could go treasure hunting in Copenhagen. Every day until Christmas a new piece of street art will be made somewhere in the city. Your job is to find it.
FRIDAY NIGHT SKATE
Every other Friday over the summer, almost 500 people on wheels take over the streets of Copenhagen. With police escorte and confused spectators they roll through the inner city.
STREET ART IN AARHUS
